Amber Rukaj is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist also trained as a childhood therapist and postpartum doula. She operates a private practice that supports women and families as they go through various life stages. She has specialized training in maternal mental mental health and reproductive loss and trauma. She currently Co-Directs the UCSD Women's Reproductive Mental Health Program and is the founder of the a San Diego based business called Spark Mamas. She is also an AAMFT and CAMFT certified clinical supervisor and offers clinical supervision to licensed and pre-licensed providers. She runs a case consultation group for providers working with the perinatal population and looking for advanced training and support in providing therapy services. She is a consultant to organizations looking to start an integrative mental health program within primary care clinics. She also offers parent coaching support for children 0-5.
